MRINConnect provides professional services — mentoring, coaching, staff augmentation, and IT strategy and consulting. This policy applies to service engagements, not to physical or digital products. Because our offerings are services delivered over time, the terms below reflect the nature of professional engagements.
You may cancel a confirmed engagement by written notice to us within {{CANCELLATION_WINDOW_DAYS}} days of confirmation, provided the service (or the relevant session or milestone) has not yet been delivered. Cancellation requests should be sent to hsarma@mrinconnect.com.
Eligibility for a refund depends on the stage of the engagement and the terms below:

Work already performed, sessions already delivered, and non-recoverable third-party costs incurred on your behalf are not refundable.
Approved refunds are processed within {{REFUND_PROCESSING_DAYS}} business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via the payment gateway used for the original transaction (Razorpay or Stripe). The time for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
